Nightstone

A small village in the North near Ardeep Forest. The crew arrived here to deliver an ornate bottle to Molak and found the village in ruin — drawbridge down, dire wolves in the courtyard devouring a dog, the temple bell ringing in panic. They learned cloud giants had pelted the place with stones and made off with the namesake nightstone itself. Lady Nandor was killed in that raid, opening the door for Corvin's claim to rule.

The goblin cave outside town held Thock, an ogre warband, kidnapped villagers, a slime in a stalactite, and Daniel Windraven mid-ritual. There is also a secret passage from outside the walls into the village crypt — through which Hal pulled a cursed sword from a sarcophagus.
