A tavern on the Waterdeep docks. The crew found Ol' Rourke here, telling tales of the giant attack on the True Hand — until a small crowd's eyes turned white and they were briefly mind-controlled into attacking the room. The instigator's last words: "we're going to take back what's theirs." Unexplained.
