Blue-steel thieves' tools

A set of blue-steel thieves' tools etched with Draconic numerals along each pick. Taken from the Bag of Holding of the kobold who fell at Goldenfields. The tools work as ordinary thieves' tools, but the etchings hint at something more — a matched dragon-code or a specific set of locks they were keyed to. Chazlauth would recognise the Draconic markings; Yackerty the Harper might know the numeral scheme.
