Blue dragon sigil ring

A non-magical ring bearing the sigil of a blue dragon, taken from the Bag of Holding of the kobold who fell at Goldenfields alongside a young blue dragon and a half-dragon rider. The half-dragon had "his own aims" separate from the dragon's — and this ring, the sheaf of Draconic notes, and a vial of blue liquid that turned to ash on his death are all unread clues to what those aims were.
